UPA budget

Mr. Pranab Mukherji has presented his fist budget speech of new UPA government.
But I think this is anti aam admi budjet. no mention abt spending in R&D activity in eucation,research . No mention abt spending on IT infrastructure. No Interlinking of rivers in budjet. No mention of SEZ in Bhiar and poor states. No allocation on money for Armed forces who are asking for one rank one salary.Aam admi budet. bullshit. farmer loan wavier increased. What is the need to have such situation of loan wavier. develop irrigation facility by inter linking of rivers. No tax cut. see stock market crash. what abt old projects which are waste of money for country. Manmohan singh is definetly not upto mark. Why has he increased the tax slab by a paultary 10000 it makes absolutely no difference, he could have directly begged to people for more funds if he needed do. This is an absolute ridiculous tax slab proposal, with no imeptus for expenditure, if thic continues Indian economy wont grow but decline, policy makers should be aware that to boost the economy, consumption from public should be increased and that can be increased only if disposable income is increased, unfortunatley to fill the goverment cofferes FM has maintained the same tax slab, he could have behaved more sanley, and given a boost to a sloth like sleeping economy
