It's a good thing that the Indian selectors have brought back the old war horse Dravid,he is a text book cricketer who I will take my kids to watch and learn, but doesnt this send the wrong signals off the selectors taking one step ahead and two steps behind, please bring young blood in ,you cant keep depending on the Sachins,Dravids and Laxmans to play forever just because T20 was a disaster,Pakistan won it because all their players were fresh, hungry and had a point to prove, not the Indian players who were jadded and just didnt want to be there.

The inclusion of Dravid will allow Dhoni to play his usual aggresive cricket. I dont know that on wat ground Dravid was given a way out. I am 110% confident that players like yusuf pathan can be very dangerous batsman in place like Indian Subcontinent, outside it they are unable to counter the seeming or bouncy condition. Moreover, the whole last year was played in Indian subcontinent hence this weakness of indian players esp guys like suresh raina, Yousuf pathan etc did not came out but now when they hav to play in alien conditions they are falling on their bumps. Hence, the inclusion of Rahul Dravid is a correct decision.

UPA budget

Mr. Pranab Mukherji has presented his fist budget speech of new UPA government.
But I think this is anti aam admi budjet. no mention abt spending in R&D activity in eucation, research . No mention abt spending on IT infrastructure. No Interlinking of rivers in budjet. No mention of SEZ in Bhiar and poor states. No allocation on money for Armed forces who are asking for one rank one salary.Aam admi budet. bullshit. farmer loan wavier increased. What is the need to have such situation of loan wavier. develop irrigation facility by inter linking of rivers. No tax cut. see stock market crash. what abt old projects which are waste of money for country. Manmohan singh is definetly not upto mark. Why has he increased the tax slab by a paultary 10000 it makes absolutely no difference, he could have directly begged to people for more funds if he needed do. This is an absolute ridiculous tax slab proposal, with no imeptus for expenditure, if thic continues Indian economy wont grow but decline, policy makers should be aware that to boost the economy, consumption from public should be increased and that can be increased only if disposable income is increased, unfortunatley to fill the goverment cofferes FM has maintained the same tax slab, he could have behaved more sanley, and given a boost to a sloth like sleeping economy

Indian Cricket: one day squad for champions trophy

As all of you must be knowing that ICC Champions Trophy will be played in two months from now in South Africa. Infact all of you will be waiting for this one day competition. So, you must also be looking for which player will be selected for final squad who will be playing in South Africa. There are so many young guys in Indian Cricket, who have done good in 20-20 format, infact they are doing good. But 50-50 format is really different from this shorter version of the game. So, if a player is very good in shorter version, he may not be capable of doing that good in fifty overs game. We have seen for example Ravinder Jadeja doing good in 20-20 format, but he is very successfull in fifty overs in West Indies. So, it will be interesting who will make to final squad.
When Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag, and Raina will be available for Champions Trohy, Selectors will choose Dinesh Kartik or not will also be interesting.
If we talk about Rohit Sharma, I think Rohit is having good talent, but he always fire against week teams. He has not come in good terms agains strong teams yet. Also, in my view he fires only if another batsman on other end is making runs. Similary the same is applicable for Raina.
And in the opening slot, it is sure the opening in Champions Trohpy will be done by Sachin and Sehwag (if fit by then), and Gambhir will come at third place.
So, according to you which player will be dropped from the current team which is playing in West Indies to accomodate Sachin, Sehwag, Raina.
Please give your suggestions.
